POET’S LESSON

Auspicious visual treat of green
in the fields:
Desperate terminal flicker
of a vanishing sight.
Have it to your hearts’ content!

On the side-walk
a kingfisher pecks something,
then, tilts her neck in beauty,
spreads the blue wings off
into the horizons of poetry.

Tiny ant with stinging bite
indulges itself with fish fin on side-walk.
Poetry has no business with tiny ants.
